For our liquid colors or color pastes, we use commercially available pigments or dyes, as they are also used in conventional masterbatches. Special wetting agents and rheology additives ensure a high <\/span>optimal distribution<\/strong> of the pigments and <\/span>stability<\/strong> of the dispersion. Thus the <\/span>Maximum color intensity<\/strong> and prevents the pigments from settling for a long time. The actual carrier is a non-volatile, high-molecular system that is optimally distributed in the plastic melt and does not migrate out of the end product due to its excellent compatibility. The COLOR CUBE developed by ROWASOL is a rotationally moulded, robust container made of PE with a capacity of around 22 liters. The outlet is located at the bottom and is fitted with a quick-release coupling to which the paint hose is simply attached. The ROWAMETRIC container holder has an inclined support for optimum emptying. Thanks to the special design of the COLOR CUBE, it can be stacked and thus enables space-saving storage and easy shipping with up to 12 containers in a practical transport box in pallet format.
After use, the customer returns the emptied CUBEs in the transport box to ROWASOL. The technically required residual quantity is weighed back and the CUBE is refilled with the same color. Of course, only the refilled quantity is invoiced – you only pay for what you use! <\/p>\n
