To ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and the applicable laws and regulations within our organization, we have established a Compliance Management System that applies to all companies in the GNH Group. An important component of our Compliance Management System is our Integrity Line, which is an independent, impartial and confidential whistleblower system.
It protects whistleblowers, affected persons and employees who are involved in the investigation of reported misconduct. This also includes the option of anonymous reporting and communication. Discrimination or retaliation against whistleblowers and other persons who contribute to the investigation within the GNH Group will not be tolerated.
