The choice of raw materials, the manufacturing process and the efficient use of liquid colors in combination with our reusable containers enable environmentally friendly and cost-saving coloring of plastic products. This results in added value through resource-saving liquid coloring.

Our dispersions consist of a non-volatile carrier system and pigments or dyes dispersed in it. They are applied by fully coloring the plastic, i.e. the color is homogeneously mixed with the plastic on the processing machine and remains in the molded part.
Our core competence lies in the coloring of thermoplastics that are processed by injection molding or extrusion.

One of the main areas of application for liquid colors is self-coloring using monopigment concentrates. By formulating with 10 to 12 “monos” in the in-house coloring department, a very wide range of colors can already be covered. The small-scale procurement and storage of many masterbatches and long color development cycles are therefore no longer necessary. By using computer-controlled dispensers, the company’s own mixed colors can be produced automatically and, as a result, reproducibly and economically.
